Google redirect virus

Guys have just been in receipt of the dreaded "google-redirect virus"

And its a giant pain in the neck - it just redirects everything to other sites as well as porn sites - I'm having trouble removing it and until I have removed it or someone can give me a removal tool (maybe a bomb) I'm now using Yahoo.

So just be aware guys - and does anyone have any ideas????????

I copped something with the same simptoms as that a few months ago but a combination of AVG and A2 cleared it up. I cant remember the exact name of it but it had the same simptoms

adaware and malwarebytes seem to work fine for me, i haven't seen a virus virus in years

CCleaner and SuperAntiSpyware.
Im also only using Avast Antivirus.
Cant remember the last time i got anything nasty.

Fixed.... Solution Uninstall Firefox Delete the two folders below (This deletes everything!)

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla

Reinstall Firefox.

Stop looking at porn.

I use NOD32 for AV
I also use an add in called No Script with Firefox - works great.

NOD32 is the shizzle....its record for catching virus in the last 10-12 years speaks for itself
