So over the next 8 or so years we can expect a Faster broadband network or something? Does this mean If i want to experience the faster speed i'll need to sign on with optus or Telstra?

BUT and a big big but does it include RURAL areas or only those damn city slickers (which it normally does) forget the poor bunnies out in the sticks lets charge them like wounded bulls for a poop services and as slow as a snail - IT REMAINS TO BE SEEN

Lets hope they look after the rural people first then the city areas
