Post by ADF-Cable »

Family, volunteers, friends, our thoughts are with you all....

I am untouched directly at the moment from this situation, but my heart hangs heavy for all the losses, for all involved.....

Hang in there guys, lets hope this situation concludes as soon as possible...

MADOZ

Good On You M88y... I Agree Totally.....

Our Daughter stay'd with a very nice large family, NE of the city and I have found out from her, they have lost everything they have owned. Horses and other animals included.

But they were Bless enough to be all alive.

Our thoughts go out to you, in these times.

We are happy to help anyway we can.

As we remember thoes who lost there lives to this distaster we also
need to reflect on thoes how are now homeless and struggling to come to
grips with everything thats has happened.!!!! For these ppl we now need
to get together as aussie's and do what we do best,by helping out a mate!!!!!!!! For thoes who cant donate money or clothing etc. there are other ways to help out our fellow Aussies one thing that is needed and is free is donating Blood!!!!! everything helps..... Ive booked in for Thursday to give blood!!!!!!

To evey one who has lost their house belive me when i say I feel your pain. This has brough back very vivid memories of our own trajedy 2 years ago when we lost our own house even to the extent that nightmares that I had after the fire returned last night causing me to wakeup several times last night. To those who have lost loved ones I can only pray that I never have to experience your pain.

Does anyone know if any members have been effected by this? I know we have a lot of members in Victoria.

The Dizz has just had an urgent fire alert for our area with a scrub and bush fire heading north in our direction - so we packed heaps of poop got the animals confined and had the computers all ready to be ripped out asap - 3 cars ready and fueled up to get out quick

Fire alert has been downgraded as the CFA called in resources from the major fires to hit this thing big time. Fire trucks everywhere and fire bombing helos hitting it big time. (just like "Nam" replace the fire bombers with HueY's and the fire trucks with Tanks and APC's )

The CFA decided that it was best to hit this hard and get it out then they can concentrate on the main ones - it worked but we still have to remain vigilant.

So Hooah to CFA - well done boys
