All players get three warnings for swearing before being banned for the rest of the day/night.

The unacceptable and rude words of a language are known as the swear words , or bad language. They include the strongest and most offensive words; stronger than slang and colloquial language.

Three warnings and no excuses.

They have smoking rooms for smokers
They have prisons for prisoners
They have Police stations for police
They have hospitals for hospitality people (Made that up)

So why not have a room where people can go if they are not offended by swearing? I understand that some people don't like swearing and I respect that, but for those who aren't make somewhere for them to go if they wish.

We have an 18 or over forum, have an 18 or over swear room. Works for me.

ok, but if its not offensive to those who are in the channel, (e.g. me and Dani in a channel) then you come in without saying a word for like 10 minutes, then u hear a swear word, and all of a sudden i hear 'Thats 1 Bob', thats just wrong in my eyes

I can understand your situation snipe and im sure others dont enjoy swear words, i will try to resist the urge to scream profanities at the computer screen when others ar in the channel.

If i can honor this little rule i at least need to know when you join the channel >.<

I agree, and it has happened to me also, because I use the CTRL key as my MIC on Key like lots of other people, I have been known to hit the old CTRL-ALT-DEL key combination and for some unknown reason the CTRL key seems to stick the mic in the on position and this little black duck has been known to abuse the computer and/or programs and it goes over the TS system unbeknown to myself until someone says "hey Dizz".

Luckily no one has been offended so far - but I have to keep an eye on it and just click the ctrl button again if I use that combination

Well I'd also like to say that I'm not really offended by swear words. So it wouldn't be right to have an over 18 channel. I'd say just stick with the warnings but don't be to tight (eg. if you get killed and you say $hit it should be alright).

some of us do get jacked off from time to time and say things we shouldnt....but thats the nature of the beast......I try to be compliant for example mrs.Sniper doesnt like swearing and I respect that and try to abide by it...although the odd one slips out sometimes.....so in the good spirit of the game i will allow here to spank me when i swear

but seriously a bit of warning would be nice if any player comes in and doesnt like language......cause sometimes you just dont know...till its to l8 of course....on the same token there is words i have heard that i dont think should be used in a public environment like C words.....you know Cat is just not on and should be said hey nobbies.....cause you upset his dog.....and that goes against

Rule:11 - No saying the word Cat to upset nobbies Dog

you know rule Rule 11 it's the one after Rule 10: No Shooting Deanos.

maybe an extended welcome message for new people stating the teamspeak rules is a good idea?

but yeah, if somebody comes on who doesn't like swear words, we'll just have to watch our mouths i guess.

and I reckon if you get 1 warning you'll be watching yer mouth anyway

Hooorah to rule 11 - I like it.

I tend to agree with y'all and after re-reading the rules, your allowed 3 slip ups per night which i think is more than generous. If you swear more than 3 times a night your drunk and I still think we should have a "drunk" channel

Also, say hello when you join in a channel or learn to whistle like a phone. Most people know when I join and they also know that I can't bear to listen to the swear words 'cause I never ever swear so people know not to. Not to swear that is. So, in summary, I miss you Bob and Dani - come back to AA

and shoot deano - he loves it all

As our team speak IP is openly displayed to the public of all ages I think it is fair to say it is generally a public area and should then be treated as such.I hope that most of us do not swear in public( I am prob the worst offender.often forget ts is on auto)It is an offense to swear,or utter offensive language in public.If you get fined for such an offense you learn not to swear.If you get warned and/or kicked for swearing in ts ,you learn not to swear.A swearing channel might be OK but I would rather not swear and function as a unit in gameplay rather than listen to a few in a separate channel.
