After having dramas with my old chair (sore back, bum etc), I have decided enough is enough.
I have ordered one of these
Pick it up tomorrow.
It is a Herman Miller Aeron Chair - $1500.00
All the reviews I have read say this is as good as it gets for task chairs.
The best there is for sitting for 10-12+ hours a day in front of a computer.

Update:
It has been a few weeks now - Chair is great.
Probably the best I have ever sat in - period.
That is no mean statement, as I have sat in a lot of work/office chairs in my life and this is without a doubt - the best so far.
Is it worth AUD$1500 - probably not.
But like a lot of things, you get what you pay for.
Is it good for long hours at the computer/gaming - YES
With a 12 year warranty, the cost factor is lessened a bit.
"Cheech" and other who want to know - NO it doesn't vibrate.
My back and bum are a lot happier since I have been using this chair.
