Should these players be banned?

Damn, HyH is certainly busy on our server.

SOG, KTS, TIS, AIF and NLF should definately be banned.
Although, I thought HyH helped pay for the server, if that's so... I don't think they should be. If they don't, then yeah... Give 'em a ban.

I have seen people recruiting on all our servers from time to time, when asked to stop they do while I am there, but probably resume as soon as the ADF members leave.

If/when they complain in our forums we can respond in their forums and let their people in charge know why.

I don't think it is unfair at all. You represent the clan when you play with your tags. If one stuffs up, then the whole clan suffers a reputation hit.

Much like HEAT and the ghosting allegations, maybe not all of them ghost but they are all suspect because of the actions of a few.

A while back we had issues with cys - banned the whole clan, had a bunch of them complain in our forums that it was only a couple of their members. But the whole clan suffered as a result.

Just the way I see it.

Same with clans that allow hackers to join...the whole clan is then seen as hackers , not just the members who are doing it.

Same with ADF - we have had issues with members in the past and they have been kicked out for their behavior. Doesn't make the rest of us look good.
We have to be seen to be playing by the rules we set, not just giving them lip service.

It's not "the clan" thats breaking the rules, its the individual members that broke the rules.

Each and every time i play on a server with my tags i am representing ADF and on my actions the entire clan is judged. I know that if i do somthing to damage the reputation of the clan there will be repercutions (spelling?) either getting chewed by sniper or one of the other admins or getting kicked out of the clan. the members of your clan dont seem to have the same concern wether its because they are dumb and dont know it or if they dont care about your clans reputation, or they dont care about getting disiplined (being excluded from matches, demotion, removal of privilages, being kicked from the clan) and that is somthing you have to sort out in your clan. find the trouble makers and bring them into line or get rid of them. we have had to do it as you well know. its hard but if you want to have a respectable clan your gona have to bite the bullet or put up with the "pain in the r's" lable

Basically your judging a group on 1 of there members.....

A group of azn's all get A+ but 1 gets a b+ doesnt mean there all dumb...
One ADF member has a bad FR doesnt mean they all have bad FR's
One Rump Steak is tough to eat....doesnt mean all Rump Steaks will not be tender....
Because Dizz is 50 doesn't mean that your all old???
Because an individual makes an approach on a good player through own choice and not through orders of a person/s with higher status....doesn't mean      the whole clan makes the same decisions....

The next time i see evidence of ANYONE in the clan breaking rules you will be kicked from HyH. No questions asked. The rules are stated on there server and on there website if you break them then its your own fault.

Logs are checked constantly, how else do we know what is happening when we aren't there. So all the tk'ing, swearing, abuse (joking or otherwise), vk's etc are all there for us to see. OK i'm just gonna post and have my say on it. I think you should seek to somehow send each person that violated the rules a message saying what they did wrong, and maybe throw a 24 hour ban on them all? otherwise, just let it be a warning.

I certainly think that the HyH guys and NLF Vikingclan (jamie) shouldn't be banned but I guess that if we obide by the rules of other people's servers, we have the right to enforce our own rules on our servers.

And if people really did want to find out the website of a clan, all they have to do is type in 'pb_power' into the console (without talking marks) and you can find out the website that the clan tag is registered to (I know HyH and ADF both have this, along with heaps of other clans).
