Cecil, I know HYH banned him from your server for being a wanker.

But Fieldy is now a hacker for HACKING around that ban, to continue doing what he was banned in the first place for.

I do not give him a pass just because he chooses not to hack in game. (Not verified as yet anyway) He's a hacker for getting on ADF and HYH servers after he was banned.

Fieldy ADMITS this himself but does not consider his actions as hacking. I disagree. He is a hacker 100% proven by the definition of hacking.

In computing, hacker has several meanings:[1]

People engaged in circumvention of computer security. This primarily refers to unauthorized remote computer break-ins via a communication network such as the Internet (black hats), <snip>...

Fieldy circumvented computer/server security to continue abusive activities.

If it was up to me, I'd inform the Australia Federal Police of his activities. Especially of his threats to rape members etc. That sort of unbalanced sick behaviour, coupled with dedicated and persisteant hacking activities should result in a criminal record IMO.

don't get wound up or loose any sleep over this.

danoz/bbq- has never hidden the fact he uses hacks, as far as I know.

other forums I have been in where he is also a member, he freely admits he uses hacks.

he has explained his reasons for doing it in other forums, I (personally) don't agree with them, but that is me, it is what he does - use hacks.

I don't think it is worth him having to explain again here, but that is up to him.

you don't have to like what he does, but as I said above - it is what he does and doesn't deny it, unlike many others.

as he said, ask deano and sniper or even nobbies about him.

as far as keeping him out of servers -

it has been an ongoing battle for many, for a long time. hey danoz
