so will the rules that are displayed in the console be changed to say that "abusing players or members will earn you a chat ban" instead of ban? and also if they get a mute whats stopping him from reconnecting?

If they reconnect to avoid the ban.... try this.....

admin pb_sv_kick __ 60 Avoiding ban

replace the underscore with there punkbuster number. You wont see them for a hour.
