Snipers Pup
I'm just after some advice on stopping our dog from eating our computer chair.
I have tried........
Vinegar, Sweet chilli sauce, Soy sauce, Curry powder in a paste and Lemons.
Problem is she loves them all and wants more, right now shes licking a lemon.
Btw heres a photo of her her names Jess.

Evolution is just so unlikely to produce complex life forms.

Sniper i've had a few dogs its natural for the first few months mayb even a year- hard to stop it too young, 1s't how old is it? make sure its a few months old- all you really have to do is make a sound to use everytime that it's being naughty and so when u makethe sound u get up and gived it a firm look. usually people use an a-ah simple sound. Make sure u get them in the first 10 seconds , so if your on the computer and u feel it tugging get up straight away say-yell A-Ah and look it it, tahts one option!
Another option is if that doesnt work-have ur wife stand in the room or sit down do some work or something until she does it-when the dog tugs on your chair get your wife to bang to pot lids together-dog's dont like loud noises , it wont hurt her ears just loud enough to make her want to investigate. When your wife has done that she CANNOT give it any sort of eye contact- the dog will soon stop.
A third one is whenever the dog tugs on your chair say a-ah and take it straight into another room, (cellar-Or something where its alone) and wait until it settles down, if it comes back in straight away and bites ya chair-straight back to the room..
I suggest you wait a few months they usually grow out of it my dog did. if it doesnt i would strongly suggest the first option- Just my tw cents
Cheers, Aussie [smilie=flicks.gif]

no seriously you can get a spray from the pet stores i think it's called bitter apple.Nearly all dogs hate it....it's worth a try.It doesn't wreck your furniture and it does not have a strong cent.
yes it's hard to stop as all puppies need to chew when they teeth.
have you thought about the pound... [smilie=laugh[2].gif] [smilie=laugh[2].gif]
