TISM & Meegz in QLD 4 days only!!!!!!!!!!

ok guys we had a weekend away planned in nsw for a mates bday but its been called off, so instead of cancelling our booked holidays at work we've decided to do QLD.

Will be up there 28th Aug and come home on the 1st Sept
We decided come there coz Jamboree is on,,, so we get to see some drag racing even if its all rotors and imports.....
What i want from you guys is....

Suggestion on place to stay, that u know is ok,,,, cabin / caravan park near or easy to get to track?
Something to do Saturday and Monday,,,,,, SO if u had 1 day to do something in Brissy what would it be????

were thongs and get used to xxxx beer( it's like drinking toilet water to me) but i liked water world and movie world up at the goldcoast, i recommend getting a day pass and seeing some of the attractions up there, and if you can go and get your photo taken with a meter maid too
