3 month trial period

i am just wondering with this 3 month trial period what are you looking for while people are in this stage

Not being an admin I don't know exactly.

But I would assume they (the admins) would be looking for how you act when in game and on TS as a representative of ADF. How often you play, post in forums that sort of thing. Not being an idiot and give ADF a bad rep on other servers etc.

I think your participation in Team activities, not just lurking and never posting, not playing regularly without letting them know why you will have extended absences, showing up for match/scrim when you say you will.

But I think Sniper, Tycron or Madoz would be better able to give you an answer.

and with this 3 month period can a decision on whether the person is suitable or not , can this happen before the 3 month period is up
