I have received a reply to my letter...
I might just add at this time the letter was not , disrespectful , rather.
To inform them of their loss. As we being a good customer.
That their customer server dept, or the lack there of.
The loss of respect for SMARTYHOST.COM.AU and to inform them of my mind, to enlighten all I come into contact,
how narrow of vision the SMARTYHOST.COM.AU company has and lack of support they give to their customers..
pretty much ..say...
