:)From the FAQ it's going to be more SG-1 starting around Season 5 (I think it said).
This allows them to progress the MMO (Story/update wise) and allows them to work on an Atlantis expansion.
It is also the first MMO where the Developers are actually in talks with the counterpart (ie the show) so that any storylines on the game do not destroy the canon events of the series.
