Need Help.

A friend I recently introduced to AA cant get any servers up on his browser.I have logged on to his account on my pc no probs and can join servers but not on his machine.I am running XP and he is running Vista.Any Ideas? cheers Guys

And he definitely downloaded 2.8.3 and patched to 2.8.3.1 ?

When he logs on it says 2.8.3.01 not 2.8.3.1 thats prob why

Just a thought , is there a chance he has his filters on and not realise ?

Nah that is the same version.
Just realised that is on my machine not his.will talk to him later.

Have been trying to talk him through it but it is Vista which I have no exp with and he is new to computers so a little difficult to translate to.He can get servers up just not australian ones.

when your looking on the server list on the left there should be a collum with things go select the locations one and find australia then go down to the bottom under the server list where it says apply filters

done that mate already.tried just about every filter combo.I got a feeling he hasnt 2.8.3.1 yet.
