But downloading at 6kbs.....

download speed is about 1/10th of connection speed.

so, if you have a connection of 1MB download will be about 100k

here are my results
with speedtest

these tests were done within 1 minute of each other.
big difference. must use different methods to calculate speed.

Actualy your shaped to 64 kilo BITS per second and your downloading @ 6.5 kilo BITES per second. kilobites/sec = kilobite per sec / 8 = 8kB/s. your doing 52 kb/s in your torrent and 71 in the speed test. so depending on which one you trust your either 1kB slow or nearly 1kB fast.
