DVI OUTPUT

Post by ADF-d3v1l »

[smilie=Crash[1].gif] Hey guys im in a pickle. My system wont let me run multiple screens. I have one with vga and dvi input and one with just vga. My nvidia control panel wont pick up my monitor having the digital input and i can not find monitor drivers anywhere at all.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Hey D3V1L I'm currently running dual monitors. Are they both LCD's? What is your GFX card?

I have 3 grayed out boxes for each monitor. How many do you have? I can not. Make sure you have the monitors plugged in when you boot your computer or they wont show.

This is how I do it with 2 LCD's on a 8600GT. I right click on 'NVIDEA settings' icon in my system tray, I then click on 'nView Display settings' and then choose what I want. Hope that might help mate.

i there both lcd's one is a 17" with a vga input and the other is a 19" with vga and dvi. Im running a 6600gt and i get no signal when i run the 19" on dvi. the nvidia control panel dosent pick up the monitor having a digital input. I assume thats cause i havent loaded the drivers for this specific monitor as i do not have them anymore and cannot locate them on the internet at all. [smilie=Crash[1].gif]

I have never had to install drivers for any of my monitors before. Plug and play. Try switching the inputs on your monitors then reboot.

I'm thinking drivers or hardware.
