edit: Seems the "Quattro" is no more.

The new kid on the block in the money is no object PC stakes is the "STORM i7"

If you had a lazy $8000 lying around, here is one way to spend it. Mind you, it buys you the box only. But what a box of goodies :)

Now I just need to win Lotto [smilie=laugh[2].gif]

A Dream Machine - unless you've got money to burn

Here is a link with a video review of the Antec "Nine Hundred" Case - at the end they run the fans on the 3 settings (start, taxi, take-off) :)
not as loud as you might expect.

If you want just the case AUD$168.00 (Black, no PSU) http://www.umart.com.au

Not bad, not bad.

without being critical what would it sound like with the full load of equipment in it changing the airflow a tad - would be interesting.

A point of interest - with the power supply at the base wouldn't you get some heat rise onto the boards - after all the psu fan doesn't remove all the radiated heat
With the psu down on the base though it does make the case a little more stable

well done m88y and not badly priced either

I think having the 200mm fan on the to sucking out the air would be enough as the heat is going to rise anyway.

Here a the reviews from various sources

Thanks again Bungy - interesting read.

My major problem is that my case sits just off the floor and the fans tend to suck in the dust which means I need to brush/blow the dust off on a fairly regular basis

The one closest to the monitor is the control unit for my speakers. The other one is both the recever and charger for the G7 mouse. It comes with two Li-iom rechargeable batterys which you can swap in less then 5 seconds if the one in the mouse goes flat.

Last but not least two moniters because games such as Supreme Commander and World in Conflict support dual moniters. Also it allows me to run a full screen app and look at web pages at the same time. Wouldnt have done this normaly but the video card I have supports it so why not go with the flow lol.

And as you can see i get alot more desktop space

Muzz,

If your daughter does hack it will affect your account if she uses the same IP. It will come up as a linked account.

As far as 2 users from same IP, yes it will work.
You can be on same or different maps.

I have seen this before on our server, 2 accounts same IP but only 1 played. The other spectated the whole time. Made me think they were ghosting - as the account that was playing did really well :)

As soon as I kicked the spectator (after about an hour) the other account left within seconds. :)

I saw a case once where the guy had made the case water proof and filled it with machine oil. So non reactive or conductive it saturated eveyting and cooled on all sides of MB and vid cards. All the fans did was to push cooler oil over the components.
