i've had a fair bit of spyware on this computer and i know theres been alot of background activity such as "virtumonde" which i believe connects to malicious websites in the background and downloads spyware and viruses anyway i've been constantly running Spybot S&D, HijackThis and Ad-Aware 2007 along with Ad-Aware SE
could anyone help me with this other than tell me to reformat my HD im wayy to lazy to do that and backup everything + i dont know where my XP disc is :p

if you have a problem with spyware and virii, then i suggest you swap your antivirus to Avast! Antivirus.
AVG doesnt pick them up anymore, it seems.

I have started using another program called threatfire, seems OK so far.

you might need to consider a reformat of the hard drive an re install your software if problems persist.
