Hey guys ive been playing around with Cs2 last night, it isnt finished yet but here is what ive done so far

what im trying to do is now make the lightning in the background actually flash like lightning

and have my name reflected on the water
with the rain landing on my name

i think your start and end frame are exactly the same thats why its skips a bit but it looks cool so far.

can you post the original pic for us all to see where you started from

Just extract the lighting to a layer on it's own (if it's not already) and duplicate it and add a glow via blending options....then you can just alternate randomly via imageready or what ever your using to animate it..
