ATI is IMO better than Nvidia. More bang for your buck. To each their own I suppose. I am not aware of any policy we have about perm bans for deliberate tk.

When did this happen? The tk thing I mean.

AUS/GBH use our banlist. So if you are added to our list you will automatically be banned from AUS as well as any other AA servers that we lease.

a) Ran out of fuel
b) The Receiver battery died

If that is AVG 8, then yes it is a resource hog. Go back to 7.5 if you can, many forums have indicated that the new AVG 8 is not as good as 7.5. Lots of people unhappy now.
