Jump in teamspeak, somewhere there in the settings you will find options to change ya bandwidth that TS uses, set that low or at minimum.  It may cause ya coms to lag a little but better laggy coms then laggy game

Best to pause it and let it buff to around 80% especially if you are running less then a 1500k connection

Mozilla is the way to go, havent had a single issue with pop ups or trojans since i switched
